4-H Online 2.0 for 2022-23

Hello 4-H Educators and Administrative Staff,

NYS 4-H will continue to provide support for 4-H Online 2.0 for the 2022-2023 4-H program year. The full cost of the system ($16,500) will be covered again this year by funding from Extension Administration to the NYS 4-H Office. A few reminders:

  • Group Enrollments should continue to be input directly into the CCE Program Development and Reporting System (PD&R). They do not have to be entered into 4-H Online at all.

  • On October 1, youth that are inactive will automatically roll over to archived status.

  • On October 1, youth that are active will change to inactive until they are reenrolled for the 2022-2023 program year.

  • Re-enrollments and new enrollments can begin on October 1.

The State 4-H Office and a team of CCE Association 4-H staff continue to work with Extension Administration to explore longer-term changes and improvements to the 4-H enrollment and reporting process as part of the Extension Administration's work to create a broader suite of services for Associations that reflect a Customer Relations Management (CRM) approach. We will continue to provide updates on this process as it moves forward. A reminder that additional program planning and reporting tools are available here - https://nys4-h.org/new-page-3

Land Acknowledgement

Cornell University is located on the traditional homelands of the Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' (the Cayuga Nation). The Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' are members of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, an alliance of six sovereign Nations with a historic and contemporary presence on this land. The Confederacy precedes the establishment of Cornell University, New York state, and the United States of America. We acknowledge the painful history of Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' dispossession, and honor the ongoing connection of Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' people, past and present, to these lands and waters.

This land acknowledgment has been reviewed and approved by the traditional Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' leadership. Learn more
