Cultural assessment seeks to gather perspectives on CCE's systemwide Antiracism initiative

nys4h4

I know this is a busy time of the year for us ALL, and I’m sending this reminder to encourage you to please complete the CCE Cultural Assessment Survey. The survey is intended to serve as a tool for gathering information on your experience and perceptions regarding our ongoing systemwide antiracism efforts.

Your responses related to CCE’s strengths, challenges, and opportunities in promoting racial equity will help inform and shape our organizational change strategies. The survey will only take 10 minutes to complete, so please do not miss this chance to share your unique perspectives on our racial equity efforts.

To participate, please follow this link:

Or copy and paste the URL below into your internet browser:

The CCE Cultural Assessment Survey will remain open through Wednesday, December 14th. Your identity will be kept entirely confidential. Individual responses will not be shared with anyone, and your participation will never be used to affect your relationship with your supervisor, your department or unit, or with Extension administration. You may still submit a survey while skipping any questions that you do not wish to answer.

If you have already completed the survey, please forward this message across your respective program, department, and team encouraging colleagues to do the same.

Please direct any questions you have about the survey to the Office of Institutional Research and Planning at irpsurvey@cornell.edu.

Thank you in advance for your time and thoughtful responses.

With Gratitude,

CCE Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion State Planning Team

Land Acknowledgement

Cornell University is located on the traditional homelands of the Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' (the Cayuga Nation). The Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' are members of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, an alliance of six sovereign Nations with a historic and contemporary presence on this land. The Confederacy precedes the establishment of Cornell University, New York state, and the United States of America. We acknowledge the painful history of Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' dispossession, and honor the ongoing connection of Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' people, past and present, to these lands and waters.

This land acknowledgment has been reviewed and approved by the traditional Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' leadership. Learn more
