HELP!!! We NEED HOST FAMILIES!

NYS is hosting 28 Japanese Students and 2 Adult Chaperones this summer and WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Hosting is simple and easy. Our delegates are here to expereince American Famiy Life and to make new friends. Families do not need to be 4-H members, any family can host. Host families must be able to provide a bed and have a host sibling of similar age (10-19) and same gender.

Delegates will arrive on July 22nd and depart on August 15th (25 days)

Send us a PM or email Autumn Lavine aml84@cornell.edu for more info

Land Acknowledgement

Cornell University is located on the traditional homelands of the Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' (the Cayuga Nation). The Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' are members of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, an alliance of six sovereign Nations with a historic and contemporary presence on this land. The Confederacy precedes the establishment of Cornell University, New York state, and the United States of America. We acknowledge the painful history of Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' dispossession, and honor the ongoing connection of Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' people, past and present, to these lands and waters.

This land acknowledgment has been reviewed and approved by the traditional Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' leadership. Learn more
