Human Ecology In-Service - Seeking Workshop Proposals

The Human Ecology In-Service will be April 7-9, 2025.  It is hosted in collaboration by FNEC, NYS 4-H, PRYDE, ACT for Youth, and the Parenting Project and open to Extension Educators and Practitioners, including those from 4-H, parenting, nutrition, and more; campus and community partners; and anyone serving youth, families, communities and working in areas of human thriving. The theme of event is improving human lives through connection and collaboration across contexts.  

 

We are seeking proposals for workshops and posters that relate to the theme.

  • One-hour workshops can focus on knowledge sharing, skills development, or sharing program examples (with a focus on how participants can take learnings back to their communities). In your workshop proposal, indicate your intended, primary audience.  

  • Program Showcase or Poster submissions can share knowledge or program examples (including successes and failures) or be opportunities to engage collaborators.

Selected proposals will be notified: early March
