National 4-H Council Video Highlights NYS 4-H Youth in Action Winner

This week, National 4-H Council released the completed video reels featuring the 2022 Youth in Action Winners including that of Broome County 4-H'er Brianna Attey Mouanjo - the Civic Engagement Award winner.
