National 4-H Story Submission Form

We are excited to announce, there is a brand new 4-H Story Submission Form on the National 4-H website.

4-H is building a ready generation in a world of change. That's why we're putting a spotlight on young people who are finding their spark, pursuing their passions, and leading the way. Fill out this form to tell us how 4-H is empowering you to take on the world!

This form should take 5-10 minutes to complete. On a rolling basis, National 4-H Council will select youth and alumni to follow up with for storytelling opportunities through social, web, media, and more!

If you are filling out this form on behalf of a youth, please answer the questions to the best of your ability or forward the form directly to the youth. If you experience any difficulty in completing this form, please contact us at YouthInAction@4-H.org.

Land Acknowledgement

Cornell University is located on the traditional homelands of the Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' (the Cayuga Nation). The Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' are members of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, an alliance of six sovereign Nations with a historic and contemporary presence on this land. The Confederacy precedes the establishment of Cornell University, New York state, and the United States of America. We acknowledge the painful history of Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' dispossession, and honor the ongoing connection of Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' people, past and present, to these lands and waters.

This land acknowledgment has been reviewed and approved by the traditional Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫ' leadership. Learn more
