National 4-H Council will award 12 LGUs $5,550 each to send a team of three (2 youth, 1 adult) to attend the 2023 Ignite by 4-H in Washington, DC. All teams will be expected to apply for a Lead to Change (community action plan) award to implement the project and to abide by reporting requirements for the L2C program. Registration closes on 1/6/23.
